When ready to book, Members can submit their dates of travel and preferred community, or perk of choice if they are a Premium Plus Member.
Once selected, Members will be charged the associated cleaning fee to confirm their travel dates. Live Well’s personal vacation planner will utilize the Member’s travel preferences and respond with real-time available properties prior to the Member stay. The dates that Members choose will always be confirmed, however specific homes are not guaranteed. Final confirmation will be made approximately five days prior to the trip date.

The membership is month to month or annual, based on your registration terms. We have a 30 day cancellation policy. All Membership fees are non-refundable.

We have a limited number of pet-friendly homes in our collection. Pet fees will apply.

Members are welcome to bring family &/or guests. During off-season weeks, the max capacity we guarantee is:
Premium Membership: 3 bedroom home that sleeps 6 people
Premium Plus Membership: 4 bedroom home that sleeps 8 people
VIP Membership: 4 bedroom home that sleeps 8 people
Should you require more space or like to bring guests in addition to the allotted amount, a fee will apply.

Members are responsible for cleaning fees for each stay, which are a flat rate, regardless of the length of a Member’s stay. Housekeeping fees are as follows:
1 Bedroom: $195
2 Bedroom: $225
3 Bedroom: $325
4 Bedroom: $425
5 Bedroom: $525

Membership: We require 30 days advance notice when cancelling a membership. Please email info@livewell30amembership.com if you would like to cancel. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Bonfires: Should Members RSVP “attending”, then cancel after 10AM CST on the day of the bonfire, there is a cancellation fee of $200 per group.
Homes: 30 days advance trip cancellation notice is required for all beach home usage. Once within the 30 day window, a cancellation fee of $500 per night will be applied to the Member’s account and time will not be re-deposited. For this reason, we encourage Members to wait and book when they are 100% certain of their trip dates.

Seven days of off-season use are included in your Membership at no charge. Fees do apply if a Member chooses to have the Jeep or Suburban meet them for an airport arrival or departure. Members who choose for the car to be at the Member home do not have an associated charge.

Members are welcome to use their 14 nights over one trip or separate them in any combination of stays. Members are required to pay the associated cleaning fee for each stay.

Premium and Premium+ Members receive 16 bonfire vouchers per year, VIP Members can attend unlimited bonfires. Children 12 and under are always welcome to attend and do not require vouchers. We invite Members to join us for as many bonfires as they like throughout the year, however kindly request a $25 per person contribution once all complimentary vouchers have been applied.

Our partner properties will always outpace the number of members we have. Those shown on the website are a fraction of the homes we truly have available for bookings. Once a Member joins, they specify their community choice or perk of choice (depending on the level of Membership selected). The concierge team collects information like: who you are traveling with, typical family structure, travel preferences, etc. so we can take those notes info consideration when selecting your home. Think “concierge-style booking!”

Member weeks can be “gifted” to friends or family over the age of 25 years old. Please reach out to your vacation travel planner to coordinate. Associated charges (i.e. cleaning fees) can be directed to the Member or recipient, whichever is preferred.

Unused weeks do not roll over annually. Member years renew on their original enrollment date.

We are always seeking out partnerships to add to our list of Membership homes (and you don’t have to leave your current property manager to participate). Owners and/or property managers receive extra income in the off-season and greater exposure during the “shoulder” season. For more info, contact info@livewell30amembership.com.

Members are welcome to start using benefits immediately! Bookings can be made, so long as they fall within the defined “off-season” dates, respective to their Membership tier. Other benefits like Member-exclusive bonfires and discounts at our retail stores are available year-round!
